Flat-rate Repair:

Normal turn-around is 10 business days from the date that the unit is sent in for repair. The Garmin warranty on flat rate repairs only applies to the squawks that were repaired.

Advanced Exchange:

Usually available within 2-4 business days, but can be expedited. Subject to availability. A core charge* will apply until G5 core is confirmed acceptable.

*Note that if core charge is paid via credit card, 3.5% will be deducted from the core refund.
