Flat-rate Repair:

Normal turn-around is 10 business days from the date that the unit is sent in for repair.

Advanced Exchange:

Usually available within 2-4 business days, but can be expedited. Subject to availability. A core charge* will apply until GI106B core is confirmed acceptable.

*Note that if core charge is paid via credit card, 3.5% will be deducted from the core refund.
